yeahh ive been training for a couple of years now and u can really feal the effects of training like u can ride ur bike faster and longer and be able to wip a trick nice and fast and stylish and it helps when ur doing downhill raceing becuase u can lift the bike a little for the ruff turain.... also it makes it no effert to get back up to the top of the downhill trail when u are fit :)
